Wildlife and World Heritage Tour

This is our suggestion for a multiple-day program in Blekinge. We call it “Wildlife and World Heritage”. During the visit to the small and rather unknown region of Blekinge, you will get a chance to explore our beautiful archipelago, Scandinavians largest wildlife park, UNESCO World Heritage sites and plenty of lovely, local food.

Here´s a small teaser:

Transfer to Eriksberg wildlife reserve. Guided safari tour with own bus or by bike. A stunning wildlife sanctuary and the largest game reserve in Northern Europe. En route, the guests will be guaranteed to see lots of wild animals. Some free time to explore the area and the generous gift shop.

Transfer to Karlskrona

Lunch at Bistro Utkiken/Bistro Skeppsgossen*. Naval Museum is south Swedens most visited attraction and a great way to start the visit in Karlskrona. A guided tour is strongly recommended.

Transfer to the city center. Enjoy the World Heritage City on your own or book one of our two city tours “6 islands in 2 hours” or “Slow city walk with Swedish Fika”. Make your way around the main island of Trossö to see more attractions or enjoy a refreshment overlooking the pedestrian street.

Buy a ticket to the hop-on/hop-off boats and enjoy the city from the seaside while you listen to our experienced guide and enjoy an ice-cream or a drink.

*)”Bistro Utkiken” is situated by the water tower just outside the city center. It´s the highest point of Karlskrona and the restaurant has a marvelous view over the city with surrounding islands. “Bistro Skeppsgossen” is situated in The Naval Museum.

**”Swedish Fika” is a traditional Swedish coffee break or social gathering, having a cup of coffee and a cinnamon bun.
