About us
Who we are
Who we are and what you can expect from us
Our promise:
We don’t do service. We do remarkable
I’m not afraid to say it: although we all work in the service industry, not everyone acts like it.
At GO Nordic we aim to be a shining star. We go out of our way to make you and your guests feel seen, appreciated and taken care of. From your first contact no matter the channel and all the way through the guest experience, we will deliver beyond your expectations. That´s a promise!

Who we are
My name is Terje Viblom Pedersen and I come from 30+ years in the tourism industry, the last 16 in the position as Head of tourism in Karlskrona.
I have a keen knowledge of the travel trade and cruise industry, which in combination with local expertise creates win-win-win situations for you as a business partner or client. Hospitality and guest experience is close to my heart, and something I have constantly been developing from working in the hotel chains of Radisson SAS and Choice Hotels. I even picked up some tips & tricks from Walt Disney World, Florida where I spent a year as Cultural Representative in EPCOT. One of my missions is to raise awareness of how hospitality beyond the expected can create better revenue and guest satisfaction. The other one is to get more people to recognize the south of Sweden as The Next Big Thing in Nordic Travel.
When she is not working full time as a marketer at one of Karlskronas tech companies, Mrs Sofie Viblom Pedersen is producing the content in all of GO Nordics channels. That is, in her so called spare time :) She got a degree in storytelling more than 15 years ago, when most people hadn’t even heard the expression. Whenever you see the words ”we” or ”us” in GO Nordic context, that includes Sofie.
“After two years of working together, I can say that the cooperation
with GO Nordic works fantastic for us!
It feels safe to know that our customers get the best possible
welcome, the broadest knowledge and the best service in the industry
when their ships visit Karlskrona and Kalmar.”
