Tour description

Your small group will be picked up at the pier by a private boat, taking you on a scenic tour through the naval waters of Karlskrona, a UNESCO-listed maritime city shaped by centuries of strategic planning.

Your first stop is Drottningskär Citadel, a 17th-century sea fortress built to protect Sweden’s growing naval power and naval base.

We continue by boat to the Godnatt coastal gun tower — part of a later inner defence system that was already strategically outdated when completed. Here, your group receives curated access inside the tower.

This experience is a thoughtful exploration of Sweden’s status as a naval superpower across centuries — experienced in small group, by sea, and at a measured pace.
